How can I make a return?
- Through the site, you can login to my account and then to my orders, then choose the order you want to return, then click Refund, and the return request will be made successfully.
- Or by contacting us directly and we will assist you in making a return request
(The request must be more than 14 days old to make any return request you have)
How long does a return request take?
Once the return request is made, we will send the representative to receive the request from you within two working days
What are the methods available for refunds?
The amounts will be refunded to your account, or received from the representative, or to a bank account or an electronic wallet. Once the return request is made, we will automatically contact you to determine the method of refunding the amounts. As soon as we receive the return, the amount will be refunded.
- Please note that a product cannot be returned if more than 14 days have passed since receiving it, unless:
In the event that the product you received was locked (sealed) it cannot be returned (Unless it has a technical defect)
- A defect appeared in the product and the product is still under warranty.
- Please know the warranty of each product before purchasing because the warranty varies from one product to another and from one brand to another
