The Wave U1 USB Condenser Microphone from SmallRig is a cardioid condenser mic that combines professional-quality sound capture with the ease of plug-and-play USB connectivity on both Mac, Windows, and Linux computers. The U1 allows you to record studio-quality audio in higher-than-CD quality, 24-bit/48 kHz resolution without the need for an external mic preamp, audio interface, and headphone amplifier. Its cardioid polar pattern offers focused and accurate audio capture for a wide variety of applications, including gaming, chatting, music recording, live streaming, and video conferencing.
Stepless Gain Adjustment and Intuitive Touch Control
Digital sound adjustment via a hollow encoder transmits and converts your signal in real time. Simply turn the embedded wheel for easy touch control. Muting the microphone is just as intuitive with the touch-sensitive mute button. LED indicators glow white or red to display mute status.

Modular Design
Included with the Wave U1 is a single support rod and a desk stand. Add on up to 5 separately available support rods to increase the height of your microphone. Rotate your device up to 360° and tilt up to 20° for optimal positioning. A 5/8"-27 thread at the bottom of the support rod can connect the mic either to the included stand or to your preexisting boom arm.
